RETURNS
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. All Neon Kactus products are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year after purchase.
We do not accept returns or refunds for bespoke, co-branded products printed with our customers logo. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused to delivery of wholesale or co-brand orders caused by third party couriers / logistics providers.

PROCESS
As long as the Neon Kactus product has not been used, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us at our warehouse. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns. We strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.
Please ensure that all returns reach us in a saleable condition. For example, please do not affix any stickers to the packaging.
CANCELLATION
If we receive a cancellation request before dispatch, then we will do our very best to cancel the order and issue a full refund, but it is not guaranteed.
The buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage fee in the case that they cancel an order and it has already been dispatched.
ARRIVED DAMAGED?
If any Neon Kactus products are damaged in transit, then we will replace them free of charge.
